Tracking Your Sales and Commissions in Clickbank Account

You can track your sales and commissions in your Clickbank Account : Log into your Clickbank Account

Tracking ID is an optional and very useful feature in this program. ( If you are new to Clickbank and Internet Marketing, do not get confused with tracking IDs. They are just an optional feature to track sales.)

The code under 'TID' is the tracking ID. 'CBT' is the default tracking id for all links in the CBTopSites Mall and Ads.

In the order form of the sites in your Mall, you will notice at the bottom:

[affiliate=YourClickbankNickname.CBT] instead of [affiliate=YourClickbankNickname]

Tracking ID will help you understand how many sales you are getting through your CBbtopSites mall, Search Results or Ads. You can use different tracking Ids with your links.
If you have pasted your cbtopsites mall links, search box or Ads in several places, you can understand from where you are getting sales. You can also use different tracking ids for different promotional methods and track sales in your Clickbank account. Tracking id can be of maximum 24 characters in length. ( alphabets / numbers, NO spaces or special characters)

Method to know how many people clicked on the product links in your online Mall.
Log in to your clickbank account. http://clickbank.com/login.htm
Click on the 'Reporting' tab.
You will find the 'Paychecks' page.
Then, click on the 'Analytics' link.
Under 'View as Affiliate', you will notice 'By tracking ID'.
You will notice 'Number of Hops by Day' and 'hops by tracking id'.
'Hops' means the number of clicks.

You may know that, the default tracking ID in CBTopSites affiliate program is 'CBT'. You can easily find out how many times the product links have been clicked in your online Mall, search results or clickbank ads.
If you use any other tracking ID for your links or code, you can find the number of clicks for them also.

You can also find which product links are getting more links. Select 'Publishers' from the dropdown menu and you will find the number of links found by each product. The code for the products will be given.
You can go to the product web sites by clicking on
http://xxxxx.PRODUCTCODE.hop.clickbank.net
If you get more targeted visitors to your CBTopSites online Mall, you can get more clicks to the product links. And you can make more sales and earn more commission.

You can also find your recurring billing commissions. (When visitors purchase some products, you will be paid monthly or yearly recurring commissions.) :

Enter your member area 'Your Codes' page:
http://cbtopsites.com/affiliates/members/your_codes.php and you can insert any visitor Tracking / hit counter / HTML or javascript codes in your CBTopSites Mall Pages.

Some examples of visitor tracking services are:
Statcounter.com or any other tracking code. You can search in google and find more such services. Visitor Stats.

It is enough to paste one such code on your Mall pages. There is no need to paste codes from several such services on your Mall pages.

After pasting this code, you can findout a lot of information about your visitors.
