Hello,
While entering your links online, there is no need to use www. in the links.

Instead of writing
http://www.cbtopsites.com/r/YourClickbankNickname
Simply write
http://cbtopsites.com/r/YourClickbankNickname

Please follow this for all your links.

There is absolutely no need to enter www in web site links.

It makes your link short and simple if you write it without www.
