Changed Header in Mall from CBTopSites.com to CBtopSites

Changed Header in Mall from CBTopSites.com to CBtopSites

Hello,
One of our member requested us to modify 'CBTopSites.com' in the Header.
So, we have modified it to 'CBTopSites'.
Just removed the '.com' in the Heading.

This modification will be more affiliate friendly.
