I have been doing this diet since November - have lost 30 pounds - however, have not lost 1 pound since Jan. and seem to be stuck. So I would say that the diet works very well for a while, but then stops. Which is where we lose interest and just finally give up. I really had high hopes for this one, because it was really working, I felt great, I wasn't hungry, and the best part is that I was not afraid of food any more.
