I have since ther middle of August been trying to get some answers from their support address about the thickness of the stainless steel pplates as well as marine cable as well as what happened to Book#2. All I get is an automated response with links that I cannot access. I have sent various e-mails but no solution to my questiona. So what about their maoney back guarantee if I cannot even build one?
