My daughter has denied me visitation rights to my grand daughter. Since she had this person move in with her and she has had 2 children with him. Her first Daughter is from her previous marriage and my husband & I raised her since she was 2. She had another daughter in July of this year and the child died in August. The case has not been closed yet. Her cause of death is asfyxiation. I still believe the father was involved in her death. In the mean time...the father has convinced my daughter that I can not see my other grandchildren because I owe him some sort of an appoligy. They have both been tested possitive for drugs on several visits by child services (or the parents refused testing on some of the visits) by child services and they still allow the children to live in the house with them. What sort of rights as a grand parent do I have? Do I stand by and allow this man to kill them all and no one does anything? What do I do?
