Your "Suggested Meal Plan" list of exchanges and calories for hypoglycemia is excellent, as are your "General Guidelines" and "5 Rules for Hypoglycemics." I've had a print-out of those for some time, and in re-reading them, decided to get onto your E-book. But the first thing I read was that hypoglycemia only occurs in diabetics. That is completely wrong! I have severe hypoglycemia, and I do NOT have diabetes. Also, it said that it occurs because of stress, and we just need to exercise more. That's also untrue. For someone with severe hypoglycemia, who has troubling or dangerous low-blood-sugar episodes, exercise must be carefully monitored, with snacks and glucose eaten throughout. Severe hypoglycemia is a condition that is not curable, but is manageable on an hourly basis.
