Here’s the truth… It all starts with the first one.  Can you remember your first panic attack? Of course!  As someone who overcame anxiety I know what a silly questions that is.  How could you forget, right? There’s many reasons why you may have had that first attack.  Maybe you were under extreme pressure at work or home.  Maybe you were starting a new life event like college, moving, getting married, or having children. Maybe you have a genetic predisposition to have anxiety.  Do other people in your family have similar issues? It could be ANY of these things, or even a few of them together. But you know what?
