The software worked for me (found my husband was pulling up inappropriate stuff while I'm out of the house). However, I am now being told to "register" my software and after sending 5 emails to the company, still have not heard back from anyone to let me know how to do so. I got this because I have a 16 year old & 3 younger children & I needed to make sure they weren't doing anything they weren't supposed to be doing. I found this product to be easy to use & it breaks down every keystroke they use.
