Since “Pumping Iron” came out in the 70’s, we have been stuck in this rut whereby, when people perform resistance training or lift weights, they think they have to train individual muscles.  Bodybuilders did it, so everyone else figured they should too. Well, here is what a Caveman Workout IS NOT It's NOT Bench press for chest It's NOT Curls for biceps It's NOT Leg extensions for quads It's NOT Leg curls for hamstrings It's NOT Crunches for abs It's NOT the same old isolation moves at all!
