HEIGHTNOW program is about stretching exercises (kinda like what's on the net) and supplement, nutrition, hanging from a bar... etc. This information can be found easily on the net. People really are desperate to pay money for scams and for what is available for free. There are much good free e-books. Because I can't paste a link here, look at google for "grow taller secret blogspot" and for "free bodybuilding yoga weightloss growtaller" and click the first link. Also you can't grow taller with pills, potions, creams, spays, kimi yoko , and all the height supplements around such as growth-flex, super growth, ... THEY ARE ALL SCAMS. DONT PAY ANYMORE FOR SCAMS. Also you can't increase your height even with HGH hormone injects after puberty. If you are 18 years old or younger and very short, go to an endocrinologist. If you r older, the only you can do is to fix your posture with stretching exercises (from the links above). and maybe surgery.
