My kids convinved me to subscribe to “My Wii Downloads”. I was reluctant initially, but agreeed when I read that there was a full refund if I was not satisfied. I found it too complicated and it required me to modify my Wii hardware which I did not want to do due to additional hassle & cost and the risk of voiding the warranty. I have contacted the support dept several times, requesting support, cancellation & refund but I have not heard anything back. I feel ripped off. 1/5
