I had to log my mileage from start to finish and keep mental notes of the names of tellers and customer service representatives that I dealt with. I had to remember the way the bank looked inside and out, the wait time I had in the teller line and in new accounts and finally I had to rate their overall customer service. So I didn't forget anything, after each visit I simply drove to a different parking lot out of site of the branch and filled out the required forms. One day, my son even went with me and we had lunch together at a pizza place near one of the branches. You see I had gotten a request the day after Rebecca called me in an email from a different company I had applied to asking if I'd like to get paid to go eat lunch with a guest of my choice.
