Marriage Counseling And Relationship Advice

Marriage Counseling and Relationship Advice Save Marriage Breakdowns Stop Relationship Breakups Order Now   Feeling increasingly lonely in your relationship? Finding that there is little dialogue between you? Are you finding just silence and hidden anger?   Read on, I have the answer to all your problems. The proposal you are about to read will turn your relationship around. It shows you how to understand the conflict and to read the underlying motivations. Therefore, you are no longer confused about what the other person is trying to accomplish when they confront you. My name is Lynn Claridge and I am a qualified psychotherapist and counselor. Over the years I have helped many couples. I have watched couples fight and argue, and I have watched many couples go their separate ways. It was at this point I started to study couples who were in a relationship or a marriage. I studied couples that were happy with their relationship, and watched couples that had a troubled relationship. I looked at each area and discovered that there were always answers to the problems and I also realized that they were easy to fix the problems. The hardest part was getting couples to move beyond the problem. When couples did move on, they could actually take their relationship to the next level. They moved from a relationship in trouble, to a relationship that was both fulfilling and happy. In case you are wondering, I have been very happily married for 27 years. We have used the principles and ideas that I use in my therapy today; consequently our relationship has lasted not only as husband and wife, but as best friends and lovers. I always tell my clients to never give up on their relationship. It is true that you can have a relationship that is happy and fulfilling. I firmly believe that virtually anyone can have his or her dream relationship you just need the right information. Unfortunately, the information that is out there tends to add more stress to the relationship, not less. In my work as a therapist, I would usually see both partners together. Sometimes, if I felt the need, I would separate them from each other. To help you with your relationship, I have listed below areas you can improve, these are the areas I we will go into further throughout this e-book. Improving your communication patterns. Understanding and dealing with conflicts. Exploring old wounds so that, they can heal themselves. Finding a way to keep your relationships together in a positive and, mutual way. When a relationship goes wrong it is because a partner starts to act in a way that upsets the other partner. It could be: Hostile, verbal or physical attacks. Putting your partner down, name calling, or contempt for your partner. Dragging up past events and using them to get your own back. Defensive responses in the way you speak or look at your partner. Withdrawing from a disagreement. These are all common things that most people do; sometimes you will be aware of it while other times you will not. Working towards a good relationship is definitely worth it, and small changes can have a big impact. Identifying the elements of a good relationship is no easy feat. As you all know, beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, and an individual can only define happiness for themselves. No one can ever define happiness for someone else. Throughout this book, I will help you change these behaviors. The best part is that if you purchase this e-book, you will not have to pay any more money out or pay a counselor to help you. You can do this by yourself from the comfort and familiar surroundings of your own home. Have you asked yourself these questions? (You need to be honest). How do I know that we are right for each for other? Have I made a dreadful mistake? Are we compatible? How and why did I get into this relationship A relationship should be based upon more than infatuation. Feelings of ‘in love’ will not sustain a relationship for a lifetime. Infatuation wears off, but the following seven aspects of love can grow stronger over the years. The fact you want to share the rest of your life with your partner. The love you receive gives you energy and strength. You respect your partner. You accept your partner for who they are. Admit when you have made a mistake and apologies and forgive. You both have common interests. You can get through all situations as a couple. A relationship is about two individual people who come together and share everything. Does the thought of doing so, fill you will excitement or dread. A relationship does not allow you to remain as two independent people. To a certain extent, it means living in the same house, sharing the same bed and spending a lot of time together, but still having your own identity. A relationship means being ready to share your whole life with another person. A relationship does not mean spending every minute together; however, it does mean always considering each other when making plans and...
