Having struggled during my playing days and having limited knowledge (and being reluctant to learn) led me to give in and find an outside source of information.It was then I finally admitted to myself that my passion for coaching and showing athletes how to run faster was never going to be fulfilled if I didn’t have the right knowledge. If it wasn’t for a speed clinic program I bought, I would never have gotten my start in training others, who knows if I’d still be here today.  I read and watched thousands of pages and hundreds of hours of video to learn from others.  I’d stay up late at night learning and testing my knowledge of speed training that actually works!
