Description: As a child, I played every sport there was.  I wasn't the best athlete, or the fastest, until I decided to put forth the effort to become faster.  I realized that the biggest and best stars in professional sports were the ones who were the fastest.  I began to learn as much as I could about improving speed and went and began getting faster myself!About the time I was 9 years old, I began to pull away from other kids my age as a result of this training.  Kids two or three years older couldn't even beat me in a sprint!  At the age of 10, I placed 5th in a national track meet in the 50 meter dash, and from then on, I was addicted to speed!I learned everything I could from anyone who knew anything.  I used every training device and program there was.  At the age of 12 and only 5'7, tall, I first touched the rim of a basketball net.  Needless to say, the training worked.Throughout high school I excelled in sports because I had developed speed ...More Info
